RETURN POLICY

At One Accord, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit only-no refunds will be issued.

 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

*items must be shipped back within 14 days of the original purchase date.

*Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
